Easy Access to the Venue

The Iontronics International Workshop - 2024 will be held at the Tateshina Tokyu Hotel in Nagano prefecture, approximately 190 Km from central Tokyo. The hotel, nestled in the Tateshina forest in the foothills of the Yatsugatake mountains, provides a comfortable environment for workshop attendees.

Attendees travelling to the venue from Haneda Airport or Narita Airport can take advantage of the convenient rail services, which are efficient and timely. The journey from either of the airports is an experience in itself, with views of Tokyo gently turning to the mountains of Nagano prefecture.

Limited Express AZUSA Train Service from Shinjuku to Matsumoto

Limited Express AZUSA trains leave Shinjuku for Matsumoto station every hour. All AZUSA seats are reserved, so please buy a reserved-seat ticket at a station vending- machine or at the ticket office (how to buy) - the fare is 5,650 Japanese Yen.
